Ordering the Terminal

The certified supplier of our terminal is Stripe.

IMPORTANT : To log into that address and purchase the terminal, you will need to log in with your Stripe account. If you use Client Diary’s Online Booking, Deposits/Payment Links or Online Gift Vouchers then you will already have a Stripe account. It’s important to use the same Stripe account that you’re using in Client Diary.

The company supplies many different types of terminals, but please make sure you only purchase that exact terminal and not any others. That specific terminal is the only one we support.

The terminal is called a BBPOS WisePOS™ E".

There is an additional dock you can purchase for that terminal, which you can see on the page when you visit it, but it is not required, it’s completely up to you.

Shipping is usually relatively fast and you should get it within a week. If it’s an emergency and you need it extra fast, then you can choose the Express Delivery Option.
